I've added new task monitor to the side bar. This should be useful for organising personal tasks like a TODO list. This also shows any (non project) tasks assigned to you by me.
Staff Timesheets
Just a note to let all Production and Engineering staff know that we need all timesheets filling in and SUBMITTING FOR APPROVAL now. I expect all timesheets to be submitted from beginning of December. These are vital to assess Job costings and feedback on quotation pricing. So staff that have not done this yet, please do so. Please see me if there are any issues with submitting these.
Opportunities and Projects - Now moved to AR ERP
All opportunities are now registered and stored on the new system. All documents associated are available via the interface and stored on the AR control sharepoint. New projects are listed in the Projects menu and Project managers assigned via this. Your current Project will show up in the Projects screen if you have My Projects selected. All project documents should be stored from within the interface and will subsequently be stored on the AR controls sharepoint file system. Next phase is final testing of PO system before we move over to this, which will hopefully be in the next couple of weeks.
Move over the new ERP System
Delighted to announce that we have now started to migrate the old Emax system over to our new cloud based Management system. Training and integration will be taking place over the next few weeks to get all staff up to speed with the system.
